Forever Noobs is an independent fan website maintained by Eric. This policy explains the information our website uses and how to contact the site owner. It covers our site, not the separate policies of services we link to.
Reading and using the class finder
You can read guides, news, approved forum posts, and aggregate poll results without signing in. Class-finder answers are held in the current page’s memory to calculate your suggestions. Our application does not send those answers to its database or save them in browser storage; reloading resets them.
Sign-in and information you submit
Posting, voting, and private contact requests use ChatGPT sign-in provided by the hosting platform. We do not receive your password. The platform provides an authenticated user identifier to associate your activity with your account. An authenticated email address is used server-side to check site-owner privileges; our application does not store that address in forum profiles or show it publicly.
Our database stores forum display names, post titles and bodies, categories, timestamps, approval status, reports and their reasons, and account identifiers. It stores recent posting activity and daily counts to limit abuse. Poll records store your account identifier, selected option, poll identifier, and voting time. Private contact records store your message, category, account identifier, timestamps, and any owner reply.
What is visible to other people
Approved forum content and display names are public and may be indexed by search engines. Pending posts are visible to their author and the site owner. Reports are available to the owner for moderation. Poll visitors see vote totals, not a list of voters or their account identifiers. Private contact messages and owner replies are accessible only to the requester and owner through the application.
A chosen display name is not proof of someone’s identity. Do not submit passwords, payment details, home addresses, or sensitive personal information. Our contact form is private within the site’s access controls, but hosting providers still process and store its data.
Why we use information and who processes it
We use submitted information to provide community features, respond to requests, record votes, review reports, and reduce spam. The site runs through OpenAI’s Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare; these services process requests and database content to operate and secure the site. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs. We do not control every platform log or its retention period.
See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their own practices. Our application does not currently include Google Analytics or an advertising script.
Cookies and planned advertising
Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for session management and security. You can manage cookies through your browser; restricting them may affect sign-in.
Google AdSense is not currently active. Before advertising is enabled, this policy and the applicable consent controls will be updated to reflect the providers actually used. If Google ads are enabled, Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies, pixels, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support personalization based on earlier visits to this and other websites, depending on consent and account settings.

These external choices do not replace any consent controls required on this site. No advertising script or advertising consent system has been installed yet.
Retention, removal, and privacy requests
Submitted records remain in the database until removed by the site owner. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can remove your own forum posts through the forum; that clears the stored post body and hides the post, but does not automatically remove titles, account identifiers, reports, or platform logs. Moderation removal may hide content while retaining it for review.
Use the private contact form while signed in to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your site data. Describe the request without adding sensitive information; signing in helps us associate it with your account. Requests are reviewed manually, and some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Removing data from this site does not delete your ChatGPT account or records independently retained by platform providers.
Children and external links
This site is intended for a general gaming audience, not directed to children under 13. Use of ChatGPT sign-in is subject to that service’s age requirements. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact the owner for review. Links to Blizzard or other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

We will update this page and its effective date when the site’s data practices change. Check this policy before using new features, particularly advertising or additional account services.
